Lowell St (Argilla Road to Lincoln Street) Watermain Construction
Estimated Construction Dates: June 8 through Fall 2026
Traffic may be reduced to alternating one-way travel in the work zone. Police details and flaggers will be present. Expect delays.
Burnham Road Bridge (MBTA)
Estimated Construction Dates: March 30, 2026 – October 2026
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is conducting a bridge preservation project requiring closure of Burnham Road in both directions at the railroad bridge. Click here to view a detour map. Click here for more information.
I-495 Bridge Replacement Projects (MassDOT)
Estimated Construction Dates: Ongoing
Bridge replacement work along Interstate 495 may result in lane restrictions, shifting traffic patterns, and periodic delays. 
Beginning Tuesday, June 16 at 10:00 PM, the project will transition into its second major phase of construction, which will required northbound traffic on I-495 (toward Haverhill) to be shifted into the median between Corbett Street in Andover and Route 114 in Lawrence. Drivers should observe reduced 55 MPH speed limits through the work zone.
