Vietnam Airlines and Saigontourist Group have teamed up to present a dynamic booth at ITB Berlin 2025, the world’s leading travel trade show, held from March 4-6 in Germany. This collaboration aims to enhance the presence of Vietnamese tourism on the global stage, attracting more European visitors—especially from Germany.

Strengthening Vietnam’s Tourism and Aviation Industry

The joint booth serves as a strategic move by two of Vietnam’s most influential tourism and aviation companies, reinforcing their collective strength in promoting Vietnam as a top travel destination. As part of their efforts, they hosted an exclusive event, “Happy Hour,” highlighting the ease and convenience of travel between Vietnam and Germany after two decades of direct flights.
Vietnam Airlines remains the only carrier offering direct flights between Vietnam and Germany, operating a modern fleet with high-quality services. What started as just two weekly flights has now expanded, with plans to reach 17 flights per week in 2025. This includes:

  • 12 flights per week from Frankfurt to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
  • Five flights per week on the newly launched Munich-Vietnam route, connecting Hanoi (three flights) and Ho Chi Minh City (two flights)
