THE Malaysia International Travel Mart (MITM) Travel Fair 2025 will be a groundbreaking event for the travel industry, with two major showcases in Kuala Lumpur.
The first will take place from Feb 21 – 23 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), marking its inaugural appearance at this prestigious venue.
The second fair will be held from Aug 1- 3 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC).
This highly anticipated dual event will bring together tour operators, national tourism organisations, travel professionals, and consumers from across the globe.
The MITM Travel Fair has become one of the region’s premier travel events, offering a platform for attendees to explore the latest travel trends, discover enticing vacation packages, and gain insights into new destinations.
This year’s fair is set to be bigger and better than ever before, with expectations to exceed previous years in both scale and participation.
The first fair at MITEC will feature 460 booths from a diverse range of local and international exhibitors, showcasing affordable travel packages and promotions targeting consumers looking to book their vacations for the first half of 2025.
Meanwhile MVEC will continue the momentum with the second fair, offering even more exciting opportunities for attendees to plan their upcoming travels.
With an expected 150,000 visitors across both events, the MITM Travel Fair is on track to generate over RM1mil in sales turnover, further cementing its place as a key event in the travel industry’s calendar.
The MITEC event will feature 460 booths from local and international exhibitors.
The event is supported by several esteemed sponsors and partners, including the Kuala Lumpur China Culture Centre, Bank of China, Taiwan Tourism Administration, Korea Tourism Organization, Tourism Authority of Thailand, and Resort World Cruises.
