A state of emergency continues in Monroe County as plows clear the roads, which will remain in effect for 30 days or until it is lifted to allow for road closures or to expetie emergency response if needed.
Gov. Kathy Hochul on Friday declared a state of emergency for all of New York.
During a news conference on Friday, Hochul outlined the conditions that are forecasted and the preparations New Yorkers should be taking to stay safe. According to Hochul, the conditions will be dangerous and will impact the entire state.
