Here’s everything you need to know about reduced lanes and non-functioning traffic lights this week in Central Saanich.
Saanich Cross Road will have single-lane alternating traffic on Tuesday (Feb. 18) between Central Saanich Road and East Saanich Road to facilitate work to complete the rock wall.
The crew will be working all day so expect short delays.
All inquiries can be made through the Central Saanich Engineering Department at 250-544-4224.
Additionally, due to work associated with the Keating Flyover construction, traffic lights at the intersection of Central Saanich Road and Keating Cross Road will not be operational for periods from Tuesday through Friday (Feb. 21).
Work is anticipated to start Tuesday morning and continue as needed during the week.
Traffic officers will be present to direct traffic. Please plan for potential delays, drive carefully, and follow traffic control personnel’s instructions.
Questions on the Keating Flyover project can be directed to keating.overpass@gov.bc.ca.
