SIXT offers a loyalty program called SIXT Advantage Circle. To join, you’ll need to apply for an Express Sixt Card. This card offers perks and bonuses, including the ability to earn miles or points with SIXT’s partners. As you rent more frequently, you’ll earn different SIXT status cards.
The Express SIXT Card is available to any SIXT customer and does not have any minimum requirements. The card will store your personal information, so there’s no waiting time when renting a car.

The Gold SIXT Card is available to U.S.-based customers who rent at least 3 times per year. If you live outside of the U.S., you can earn the Gold SIXT Card after 5 rentals in a year.

Hot Tip: SIXT doesn’t offer opaque bookings like some other rental agencies. An opaque booking is one in which you don’t know the exact car until after your booking is complete. These tend to be good deals for those that aren’t particular about the type of car they rent.

You can rent a car from SIXT either through the website or mobile app. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card issued in the driver’s name. If you’re using a debit card you’ll also need to show 2 additional forms of proof of address. If you’re renting outside your state of residence with a debit card, you’ll also need to show a return flight or round-trip itinerary.
You can cancel or change your SIXT reservation up to 1 hour before the start of your reservation. However, if you’ve booked a prepaid rate, you’ll be charged an alteration or cancellation fee.
Yes, unlimited mileage comes with most SIXT car rentals worldwide. The only exceptions are the highest category sports and luxury cars.
