FULTON, N.Y. — The City of Fulton issued a travel advisory for Friday. The Fulton Police Department recommends no unnecessary travel.
When travel is necessary, extreme caution is urged. Officials noted the recent snowfall combined with wind and blowing snow, has made for hazardous road conditions.
The City Department of Public Works crews have started clearing streets, but the high snowfall rate is making the task more difficult.
In addition to the travel advisory, Fulton Police remind residents that on-street parking in the city is prohibited from 1:30 to 5:30 a.m.
Any change in the status of the travel advisory will be announced as soon as possible.
