It comes after the line was part suspended earlier today as engineers worked to fix a fault at Euston station.
Minor delays have been reported on the Central line due to an earlier signal failure at White City.
Meanwhile, trains have returned to normal following a late running freight train in the Shepherds Bush area.

Good service is now reported on the Bakerloo and Central lines after earlier disruption.
Lines have now reopened following a late running freight train in the Shepherds Bush area, National Rail has said.
However, whilst service recovers, trains running through Shepherds Bush and between Richmond and Willesden Junction may still be delayed by up to 30 minutes or cancelled.
Disruption is expected until 10:30.
