Saudia has announced plans to launch direct flights between Chattogram and Jeddah in March, starting with three weekly flights and expanding over time.
Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia), the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, is set to launch direct flights between Chattogram and Jeddah starting in March next year.
Initially, Saudia will operate three weekly flights on this route, with plans to increase the frequency over time.
The airline has announced that Boeing 777 and Boeing 747 aircraft will be used for these flights.
Saudia currently operates flights from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
At present, several international airlines, including Flydubai, Air Arabia, Oman Air, Jazeera Airways, SalamAir, and SpiceJet, serve Chattogram with flights on different global routes.
