London travel news LIVE: Severe delays on three Tube and Overground lines hit morning rush hour – AOL UK

Commuters face a number of delays on Thursday morning due to signal failures, track faults and cancelled trains.
At 7.07am, there were severe delays on three TfL lines: the Central, District and Windrush lines. The entire Central line and part of the District and Windrush lines are affected.
On the District line, there are severe delays between Wimbledon and Earl’s Court and between Earl’s Court and Upminster. On the Windrush line, there are severe delays between Clapham Junction and Surrey Quays.
Customers travelling via the District line or Central Line are advised that their tickets will be accepted on buses via reasonable routes.
There are also minor delays on the Circle line due to train cancellations.
Meanwhile, there are serious delays on Central London Red Routes. The Rotherhithe Tunnel on the A101 is closed due to a broken down vehicle, so motorists are advised to use other routes
