Public safety concerns have been raised after a London Tube passenger posted pictures of a man who appears to be consuming crack cocaine in public.
According to Reddit , the event happened at a “busy hour” on the Victoria line as the traveler was on his way home from work and saw people relocating from a man seated across from him.
He saw a man in a black puffer jacket, jeans, and trainers who was allegedly “as high as a kite” and “behaving oddly” while attempting to “light a small metal pipe.”
“Thinking he was just drunk, I said ‘Dude, no- you can’t do that here’ before I recognised that he was attempting to light up some crack,” the passenger wrote on Reddit.

On Saturday, November 2, at around 3.30am, Sarah Cunningham, 31, stepped off the track at Chalk Farm station and walked south for around 75 meters into the tunnel before being struck by a northbound Northern line train.
Coroner Mary Hassell struggled to continue and fought back tears as she determined that Ms Cunningham’s death was accidental.
“She had just become so terribly, terribly intoxicated,” the coroner said. “Suddenly she jumped down on to the track, but she didn’t do so intending her death.
“Really, by that point she didn’t know what she was doing – she didn’t know where she was going.”
At the hearing on Wednesday, her family’s barrister, Clodagh Bradley KC, challenged a Transport for London manager about the failure to spot that Ms Cunningham had entered the tunnel and to halt the next train.
