BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Lake Effect Snow Warning was scheduled to run until 4 a.m. Thursday, but it was allowed to expire early for Southern Erie, Wyoming, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua counties.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for McKean county in northern Pennsylvania until 7 p.m. Thursday for a couple more inches of snow.
The lake snow band looks to briefly shift north into and through Buffalo metro Wednesday mid to later evening then weaken quickly.
