JetBlue is making it easier than ever to turn your travel plans into TrueBlue rewards — even when you’re not flying.
The airline rebranded its non-flight booking platform as TrueBlue Travel, replacing the former Paisly name and expanding what you can book and where you can use your TrueBlue points. Whether you’re renting a car, booking a hotel, or planning full vacation packages, JetBlue wants to be at the center of your next trip.
Here’s what the new platform does and how it boosts the value of JetBlue’s loyalty program.

TrueBlue Travel is the refreshed name for JetBlue’s travel booking portal, which was previously branded as Paisly by JetBlue. While the technology and services remain powered by JetBlue’s wholly owned travel services subsidiary, Paisly, the new branding ties everything directly into JetBlue’s TrueBlue loyalty program.
JetBlue announced the new website on August 5, 2025, and it’s already live for bookings.
Through the TrueBlue Travel site, members can now book:
The platform touts benefits like a hotel price match, up to 20% off hotels, up to 35% off rental cars, and free cancellation on rental car reservations. You must be signed into your TrueBlue account to take advantage of these benefits.
You don’t need to be flying JetBlue to book through the platform, but linking an upcoming flight or logging into your TrueBlue account unlocks exclusive member discounts and personalized offers. JetBlue also offers 24/7 support via its “Helpful Humans” team, which continues the airline’s emphasis on human-first service.
This launch is part of JetBlue’s broader JetForward strategy, which aims to create a more customer-centric business while expanding its presence across the travel industry. In short, JetBlue wants to be more than just an airline.
One of the most meaningful changes is that you can redeem TrueBlue points not only for JetBlue flights but also for hotels and car rentals booked through TrueBlue Travel. That added flexibility can help travelers get more value from their points.
