Goa tourism population touches 55 lakh in first half of 2025 Goa, the country’s favourite tourist destination, is seeing an unprecedented increase in the number of tourists, with the footfalls reaching an all-time high of 55 lakh during the first half of 2025. Out of these, a whopping 95% were domestic tourists, highlighting India’s renewed interest in the area.
