The Flight Centre Travel Group Global Gathering 2025: The Ultimate Celebration! has wrapped up after three incredible days in Los Angeles.
From 11-13 July, the company’s 2000 top achievers worldwide headed to LA to celebrate everything that this exciting city and the Global Gathering had to offer.
“Our annual Global Gathering brought together over 2,000 frontline team members and support staff from across FCTG’s global businesses for an incredible celebration of recognition and achievements,” the company said in a LinkedIn post.
“In FCTG, our people are more than employees, they are part of the family. As such we want to look after them holistically so they can perform their job at their best. We provide services to look after their physical and emotional health as well as their finance. We show genuine care and concern for our people coming to work and seek to improve all areas of their life.
“Working at FCTG, and within the Travel Industry, there are tough days – but we have happy, capable people who have fun at work, and that delivers the best results for our customers, our suppliers and our company.”

Event highlights included the opening night Flight Fest at Paramount Pictures Studio & Backlot delivered pure magic with a vibrant colour-block street party theme. Teams embraced the LA spirit with activations from our ‘Rodeo’, ‘Sunset’, and ‘Hollywood’ partners and sponsors. The night reached new levels with ’80s legend Boy George’s DJ set and spectacular Paramount dancers, keeping the energy alive in the New York Backlot until midnight.
Group Global Gathering Conference at LA Convention Centre featured inspiring keynote sessions, including a powerful presentation from acclaimed actress and activist, Jane Fonda. The conference reinforced our commitment to innovation and excellence across all our global operations.
The Gala Awards Night was a black-tie Art Deco celebration honouring outstanding achievements across the business. The evening’s ambiance perfectly captured LA’s architectural elegance, capped off by an unforgettable after-party with Grammy Award-winning producer and DJ Mark Ronson.
