EXCLUSIVE: When you've packed and unpacked your bags upwards of 50 times like the stars of Travel Guides have, it's safe to call yourself a packing expert.
Holidays are fun but the packing element isn't so much. Between the endless checklists and trying to squeeze everything in under the weight limit it can be a total minefield.

Thankfully, with all their experience the Travel Guides have stepped into share just how to make the most of that all-important suitcase, and some of their tips will surprise you.

For travel aficionados Kevin and Janetta there was one very important feature to look for when shopping for a suitcase.
"Most suitcases these days are a clamshell design, nope, have a top-opening suitcase because they take up half the real estate in a hotel room," Kevin advised.

Janetta also settled the great debate when it comes to packing clothes in your bag. Do you roll them or fold them?
Her answer was neither!
"If you've got shorts or something, lay them flat out. It's amazing how much more you can fit into your case with less folds," she explained.

It might seem simple, but besties Karly and Bri's best piece of advice was to share items, especially when it comes to some of the bulkier appliances.
"One person can travel with the hair straightener the other with the blowdryer," Bri advised.
Teng shared one rather questionable (and gross) packing tip and suggested getting a few rewears out of your underwear if you reverse them.
That's one we might pass but it certainly gets points for creativity!
