FlyArystan Launches Direct Istanbul-Karaganda Flights, Connecting Turkey and Kazakhstan for the First Time
FlyArystan, Kazakhstan’s pioneering low-cost airline, has introduced a new seasonal route connecting Istanbul and Karaganda, marking the first-ever direct flights between these two vibrant cities. This new connection simplifies travel between Turkey and Kazakhstan, making it more convenient and budget-friendly.
The inaugural flight is set for June 4, 2025, with services scheduled twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays until August 29, 2025. Tickets are now available for purchase on FlyArystan’s official website, mobile app, and authorized sales channels.
First-Ever Direct Flights on Istanbul-Karaganda Route
FlyArystan is the first airline to offer direct flights between Istanbul and Karaganda, addressing the increasing demand for seamless travel between Kazakhstan’s key industrial hub and Turkey’s bustling metropolis.

Karaganda, known for its economic and cultural significance, maintains strong business and tourism ties with Turkey. This new direct route enhances accessibility for business travelers, tourists, and families, eliminating the need for connecting flights and significantly reducing travel time.
Expanding FlyArystan’s International Network
Established in 2019 as Kazakhstan’s first low-cost carrier, FlyArystan has rapidly grown its operations, now functioning independently under its own Air Operator Certificate (AOC). The airline operates a modern fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft and offers domestic, international, and charter flights from its bases in Almaty, Astana, and Aktau.
