United Airlines and Chase have teamed up to offer cardholders of United Quest℠ Card an easy way to earn travel credits, this time through car rentals. By booking and completing a rental with Avis or Budget by December 31, 2025, cardholders can receive up to $80 in United travel credits each year, allowing them to stack MileagePlus miles and rental discounts.
Here’s everything you need to know about this offer.

Through this limited-time offer, those who have the United Quest card can earn a $40 United travel credit for each of their first 2 Avis or Budget rentals of 2 or more days per cardholder year, up to $80 total in annual credits. The rentals must be booked and completed by December 31, 2025, to qualify for the travel credits.
To qualify, you must:
Cardholders can also enjoy up to 35% off base rates from Avis or Budget, which are United’s preferred car rental partners.
In addition, United MileagePlus members earn up to 1,750 miles per rental through the MileagePlus Car Rentals program. Rentals of 5 days or more earn the maximum of 1,750 miles, while rentals of 4 days or fewer earn 1,500 miles when completed by December 31, 2025.
This promotion effectively adds value to a card already known for strong travel perks, including a $125 annual United purchase credit, a pair of 5,000-mile anniversary award flight rebates, priority boarding benefits, and primary rental car insurance.
If you regularly rent cars for weekend getaways or business trips, these new credits can double up with the United Quest card’s existing United travel statement credits — making it easier to offset the card’s $350 annual fee with regular travel activity.
If you already rent cars with Avis or Budget and carry the United Quest card, this promotion is a no-brainer. You’re earning United travel credits for something you’re likely doing anyway, on top of the usual MileagePlus miles and rental discounts.
Just make sure to finalize your rental by December 31, 2025, to earn the United travel credits.
