Central line services between Leytonstone and Hainault via Newbury Park are delayed due to a points failure.
A signal failure between Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and 5 is causing minor delays on the Piccadilly line between these stations.

Expected delays on the M25 clockwise between junctions J5 and J6 have reduced from 50 to 15 minutes.
Delays were caused by an earlier accident.
Normal traffic conditions are expected by 9.45.
