JSX didn’t just win the Travel + Leisure World’s Best award this year.
They apparently blew the competition away – by 12 points.
The editors of the travel magazine wrote, “There was a clear winner in the ranking of best domestic airlines, with a lesser-known public charter company rising to the top, surpassing the No. 2 pick by more than 12 points.”
They added, “The fact that JSX scored in the 90s on the survey’s 1-to-100 scale says a lot about the domestic carrier.”
JSX posted a 92.29 score, with second-place Hawaiian Airlines at 79.82.
Breeze Airways and Alaska Airlines followed.
Delta Air Lines scored best of the big four with a 77.34.
Southwest Airlines recorded a 74.63.
United Airlines scored at 70.66.
American Airlines brought up the rear with a 67.866.
For JSX, it was their second straight win.
Previously, they had not gained enough votes to qualify.
Other recent JSX awards include Inc. Magazine’s 2024 ‘Best in Business’ and being the world’s only Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) 2025 Five-Star Regional Airline for a fourth consecutive year, in addition to being named APEX’s 2025 Best Regional Airline in North America.
If there is a glimmer of hope for the others, the gap between JSX and second place this year narrowed.
Last year, JSX scored 95.48, well ahead of second-place Hawaiian Airlines, which scored 78.71.
Last month, JSX said it plans to add turboprop service.
JSX offers a private jet-like experience by utilizing FBOs and private lounges, allowing travelers to check in as little as 20 minutes before their flight.
